Hours of Richmond Department of Social Services centers adjusted

The lobby area and customer service centers for the Marshall Plaza Building (900 E. Marshall Street) and Southside Community Services Center (4100 Hull Street) will be closed from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Monday – Friday until further notice. This is a change from previous business hours.

For reference, if someone needs to apply for benefits or check on the status of their benefits, they can do so in the following ways:
·      Visiting https://commonhelp.virginia.gov/;
·      Calling 1-855-635-4370;
·      Faxing a paper application to 804-646-7018; or
·      Visiting Marshall Plaza, Southside Community Service Center, or East District Center in person during the new business hours.
