Business Appreciation Event to Honor Local Companies
Eleven recognized by city’s Economic and Community Development Department The city of Richmond’s Department of Economic and Community Development recognized local area businesses with an event titled “City of Richmond Businesses – Worth Their Weight in Gold.” The event was held on June 7, 2012, at 7:30 a.m. in the ballroom of the newly renovated John Marshall and was held in honor of Business Appreciation Week as designated in Virginia for the week of June 4 - 8, 2012. Mayor Dwight C.
