Cold Weather Day Shelter Open January 8

The Freedom House Conrad Center will serve as a Cold Weather Day Shelter on Friday, January 8, 2010, from 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. The shelter is located at 1400 Oliver Hill Way, next to the Richmond Juvenile Domestic Relations Court and the Richmond City Jail.
